The wedding will take place on December 6, 2026.
We wrote "Formal Attire" on the invitations, but we want to give you a clear idea of what that means for our cozy winter theme. Think upscale, elegant style with a fun cowboy twist!Here is exactly what to wear:
- For Men: Please wear a full suit. A white dress shirt underneath is perfectly fine!
- For Women: Please wear a long gown, a dressy midi-length dress, or an elegant pantsuit.
- The Only Big Rule: Please do not wear a white, cream, or ivory dress. We want to save those colors for the bride!
- Fun Color Ideas: We would love to see you in icy blue, silver, metallics, or rich winter jewel tones.
- Wear Your Western Gear: We highly encourage everyone to wear their favorite Western hats and clean cowboy boots!
The ceremony will start at 3:30pm.
Yes! We are hosting a "Best Dressed" contest for the guest who puts together the perfect mix of Winter Wonderland elegance and Western rustic charm. Dust off your boots, shape your favorite hat, and bring your best style!
No jeans please! Since our dress code is formal, men need to wear a full suit (matching suit pants and jacket), and women should wear a dress or a dressy pantsuit. Save your favorite jeans for the another event!
Yes! We will have a secure coat check available as soon as you walk in, so you can bundle up for the arrival and then show off your beautiful outfit inside.
Our RSVP page is open, but you might notice that meal selections aren't listed just yet. We are currently working on our tasting menu to pick out the most delicious winter comfort food for our big day!
🍻 Yes, there is an open bar!
The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Get ready to celebrate with our favorite winter drinks, beers, and spirits. We just ask that you plan a safe ride home at the end of the night or stay over in our room block!
- What to do now: Please go ahead and RSVP "Yes" or "No" so we can get an initial head count.
- What happens next: Once our menu is finalized, we will update the website and reach out to everyone so you can pick your entrée.
- Food Allergies: If you have any strict dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know ahead of time when you RSVP!
You won't have to brave the winter weather at all! We have underground parking that connects directly to the hotel, so you will stay completely out of the elements. Both valet parking and self-parking in the underground garage are available for a fee. Because it connects right to the hotel, we highly recommend booking a room for the night!
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early. This will give you plenty of time to check your heavy winter coat, sign our guest book, and find your seat before the ceremony begins.
